Julián Solarz was born in 1977 in Buenos Aires. He is a pianist, percussionist, composer, arranger and has more than 20 years of study, research and work in Argentine music, Afro-American folklore and contemporary jazz.
His quintet works between the harmonic and improvisational richness of jazz, the rhythmic roots of Afro-American folklore, and a certain minimalist influence of contemporary music.
